If you are looking for items not in OCI catalog, you may Submit a Quote to us, we'll response your inquiry as soon as possible. If you are willing to add the items to our catalog, please state so and we'll give you our catalog price. To submit a quote, click the 'Action->Quote' menu item, which will lead you to a "Quote" form. Please fill in the necessary information and click "Submit" button to submit your inquiry.

You can view your "Submitted Quotations" at any time by click the 'View->Quotations' menu item, which will lead you to a View Quotations page, which will show quotations you submitted before.

After you submitted you quotation, our quotation staff will examine your quotation and estimate the cost and timeline of the quote. To keep our pricing more competitive, we are trying to make the lowest US pricing. Some prices may not be updated and you may request a price update by click "Request Current Price" button, our sales personnel will response shortly to update the pricing for you according to the current lowest prices.

If you find a major US supplier with lower prices, you may request a price match by click "Price Match" button (in psearch page) and provide a link to the web page, our sales personnel will response shortly to update the pricing and give you additional 5% discount.
