Payment terms are net 30 days from invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Seller reserves the right to request advance payment at its discretion. Accounts 30 days past due are subject to monthly $50 late fee plus 2.5% finance charge on the unpaid balance. For overseas transactions the Buyer shall pay all of the Seller's banking charges. The Buyer shall not be entitled to withhold or set-off payment for the Products for any reason whatsoever. If collection of past due accounts requires legal resolution, customer will be responsible for all fees and court costs.

Sales tax, custom, or any other fee or charge imposed by any governmental authority on the transaction between Seller and Buyer shall be paid by Buyer in addition to the prices quoted or invoiced. In the event Seller is required to pay any such tax, fee or charge, Buyer shall reimburse Seller therefore; or in lieu of such payment, Buyer shall provide Seller at the time the order is submitted an exemption certificate or other document acceptable to the authority imposing the tax, fee or charge.

The Buyer shall inspect ordered packages immediately upon receipt and inform the Seller of any damage or discrepancies within five days. Claims for lost or damaged products are the responsibility of the Buyer and should be reported to the appropriate carrier within five days of receipt and confirmed in writing. Prior to returning any items, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instruction. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted. Items authorized to return must be in unopened and resalable condition, and must be returned within 30 days of the issuance of the return authorization. Buyer must include with each return a copy of the Seller's invoice, Seller's return authorization, and the reason for the return. Returns accepted for items ordered in error may be subject to a 20% processing fee.*
